Job Overview

As a seasoned field service professional, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Elevating Work Platforms (EWP) and Material Handling products. Your expertise will ensure the optimal performance and safety of our equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of EWP and Material Handling products in the field and workshop
  • Inventory management
  • Routine travel and client entertainment
Requirements:
  • Australian Trade certified qualifications in mechanical or auto-electrical fields
  • Knowledge of maintenance, inspection, and repair procedures for construction or agricultural equipment
  • At least 2 years post-trade experience with Australian EWP equipment (preferred)
  • High attention to detail, competent computer and communication skills
  • Reliability, innovation, and ambition for career growth
  • Current work rights in Australia without restrictions
  • Valid Australian driver's license
Minimum Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience as a service engineer in the mechanical or related industry
  • Knowledge of equipment rental companies in Australia (advantageous)
  • Willingness to travel and hold a valid driver's license
  • Strong understanding of customer dynamics
  • Ability to handle multiple requests without overwhelm
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
