We are seeking a highly skilled roofing expert to join our organization. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in roofing and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate the preparation of CAD drawings and designs.
- Develop and review design tender documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Direct the collection of field data required for repair specifications, drawings, and tendering processes.
- Review shop drawings to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
- Assist with compiling field and report data to prepare specification documents and drawings.
- Verify that the scope of work is sufficient and all required details, materials, methods, etc. are correctly specified.
- Post-secondary degree/diploma in an Engineering or Architectural Technology program or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in roofing with a focus on specifying roofing systems and project management functions.
- Strong understanding of roofing systems and excellent communication skills.
The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues, providing exceptional customer service and support.
