Field Services Professional

Our organization seeks a skilled professional to fill the role of Field Services Officer. This position requires providing on-site technical support and maintenance for end-user devices and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Install, configure, and support various hardware devices including laptops, PCs, and telecommunications.
- Provide support for Microsoft technologies such as Windows Operating Systems, Active Directory, SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager, Azure, and M365.
- Manage imaging, deployment, and device refresh activities.
- Monitor and address the Incident Queue, adhering to SLAs and ITIL processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated technical issues.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between system policies and user needs.
- Contribute to training, documentation, and knowledge base development.
- Provide support during major incidents and operational events.
- A quick thinker who can adapt under pressure.
- A strong problem solver with analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Personable and confident in engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experienced across hardware, software, and network support.
- Collaborative, team-focused, and adaptable to both technical and asset support functions.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Relevant degree or industry certification.
- Proven experience supporting end-user devices, applications, and telecommunications.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Windows, Active Directory, SCCM/Endpoint Configuration Manager, Azure).
- Flexibility to work outside normal business hours when required.
