
Commercial Growth Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Growth Lead to drive business expansion and lead a team of representatives in the Building and Construction sectors.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying areas for improvement, collaborating with internal teams, and delivering on customer expectations to identify upselling/cross-selling opportunities. They will regularly update major customers with performance data, elaborate on significant deviations, and develop corrective actions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify areas for growth, collaborate with internal teams, and deliver on customer expectations.
- Customer Relationships: Regularly update major customers with performance data, elaborate on significant deviations, and develop corrective actions.
- Product Showcase: Showcase Makita's products through demos, trade shows, and presentations.
- Travel: Travel across Sydney and Australia to meet clients and partners.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach the team to achieve business objectives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in a similar role.
- Sector Expertise: Experience within the building and construction sector.
- Communication Skills: Strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Self-Motivation: Self-motivated, adaptable, and confident working independently.
- Tech Savviness: Tech savvy in MS Office.
