
Sydney Commercial Growth Lead

We are seeking a seasoned Commercial Leader to spearhead our business expansion in Sydney, Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-growth organization and drive commercial strategy across direct sales, growth, channel, and partnership streams.
You will be responsible for evolving and executing our commercial strategy, driving your own portfolio of enterprise opportunities from first conversation through to signed contract, managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong pipeline across priority sectors and high-value accounts, leveraging and expanding your network to open opportunities with enterprise brands, agency networks, and independent agencies.
A successful candidate will have 8-10 years' experience in enterprise sales, commercial leadership, and business development, ideally within SaaS, enterprise tech, or marketing technology.
The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in an early-stage or high-growth startup, building commercial strategy and closing major enterprise deals. They will also have experience building and managing high-performing commercial teams.
