Senior Investment Governance Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Investment Governance Professional to oversee the robust investment governance framework across multiple superannuation entities.
This pivotal role involves ensuring alignment with APRA's prudential standards, particularly SPS 530, and assessing new investment options to support business growth.
- Analyze and review annual investment strategies, conducting stress testing in line with regulatory requirements;
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide independent risk oversight during transformation initiatives;
- Provide expert guidance and challenge first-line activities to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards;
- Conduct Line 2 assurance reviews, undertaking risk assessment activities related to investment governance;
- Monitor compliance with APRA and ASIC requirements as the investment function evolves;
- Evaluate investment research processes, managed account structures, and governance frameworks;
- Assess risks associated with managed accounts, investment products, and strategic initiatives; AND
- Drive continuous improvement of governance frameworks and contribute to thought leadership.
