Investment Governance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Governance Specialist to join our team.
This role is pivotal in ensuring robust investment governance across multiple entities, aligned with regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting annual reviews of investment strategies and stress testing in line with regulatory requirements;
- Collaborating with the Head of Investment Oversight to provide independent risk oversight during transformation initiatives;
- Providing expert advice and challenging first-line activities to ensure alignment with regulatory and internal standards;
- Conducting Line 2 assurance reviews and undertaking risk assessment activities related to investment governance;
- Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements as the investment function evolves;
- Reviewing research processes, managed account structures, and governance frameworks;
- Assessing risks related to managed accounts, investment products, and strategic initiatives;
- Driving continuous improvement of governance frameworks and contributing to thought leadership.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in risk management, compliance, or investment governance;
- Proven Line 2 risk and compliance experience in financial services;
- Strong understanding of investment governance, managed accounts, and platform environments;
- Sound knowledge of regulatory requirements;
- Proficiency with risk management systems and regulatory reporting tools;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
