Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an HR Data Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the HRIS Program Management team to ensure alignment with project requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of HR data quality.
  • Perform necessary cleansing of HR data to maintain accuracy and integrity.
  • Oversee HR data migration and remediation processes.
  • Collaborate with the Data Services Platform to incorporate HRIS data effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Possess strong experience and expertise in HR data management.
  • Proficiency in extracting and analyzing data from HR systems, utilizing various tools including Excel, PowerBI, and others.
  • A strong comprehension of HR data concepts and the complete lifecycle of HR data.
  • Highly desirable to have experience in the Hire to Retire business domain.
  • Highly desirable expertise with SuccessFactors and SAP.
