We are seeking a skilled Claims Consultant to provide exceptional customer service and manage claims efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The role involves listening to customers' needs, managing claims through their broker, and ensuring timely resolution. The successful candidate will be confident in their abilities and possess a sense of humour to maintain a positive working environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need at least 2 years' experience in claims consulting or general insurance, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. A Certificate IV in General Insurance is desirable, but not essential. We encourage applicants who are passionate about delivering excellent results and providing outstanding customer experiences.
