Customer Success Role Overview
Key Responsibilities- Act as a technical expert, assisting in the development of claims knowledge and serving as an escalation point for complex advice.
- Identify trends through claims analysis to drive improvement in customer satisfaction and business outcomes.
- Support training needs at an individual and team level in consultation with the manager.
- Manage a portfolio of claims and make commercial decisions that benefit both Allianz and the customer.
- Experience in claims assessment and management in a general insurance organization.
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field and/or industry certification.
- Coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to develop a claims team at a technical level.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
