Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned operations expert to lead and manage a regional team of concierge and guest services staff. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences to clients and their visitors across both office and remote workplace experience programs.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing high-volume support tickets, maintaining lobby and front desk areas, and providing warm and professional welcome to all visitors. They will also oversee roster development, provide backup support, and coordinate conference room scheduling and support.

Additionally, the role will involve meeting with clients to understand new offerings and plan regional implementation, proactively communicating with clients for effective service delivery, and supporting large in-house events as needed.

This is an onsite role based in Sydney, with flexible work arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis.
