The Event Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional live, hybrid, and on-demand experiences across various regions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to join a global organisation with vast career opportunities.

Reporting into the Head of Delivery, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks of the team, ensuring efficient and effective event delivery.

Success will be measured by the delivery of high-quality, cost-effective, and sustainable event experiences that meet agreed KPIs and achieve ongoing product improvement reflected in customer satisfaction and NPS scores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personally lead and deliver on F2F, hybrid, and virtual events
  • Follow the end-to-end process guidelines to ensure tasks are completed on time and to budget
  • Troubleshoot any problems on the day, keeping stakeholders informed throughout
  • Liaise with key stakeholders (internal and external) for seamless event execution
  • Continuously review processes and practices to identify obsolete workflows and tools with little customer value or ROI and feedback to the line manager

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Operational experience in the B2B and/or B2C events industry with a proven track record of successfully delivering live events and experiences
  • Demonstrable experience of multi-platform delivery of live experiences and working with service providers of both physical and digital event products
  • A team player with the ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
  • Commercial and financial awareness, with a proven ability to deliver against KPIs
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience of managing P&L budgets and delivering accurate, timely forecasting and reporting
  • Tech savvy and willing to adopt and embrace new technologies
