Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Test Analyst to play a key role in improving testing capabilities and support global strategic goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with relevant experience in agile projects and digital servicing platforms to work closely with stakeholders, build effective working relationships, and deliver customer experience projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, following, and publishing test execution reports, identifying gaps in testing, and updating test and regression scripts accordingly.

  • Creating and publishing test execution reports
  • Collaborating with analysis and design teams to deliver customer experience projects
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Relevant experience in agile projects and digital servicing platforms
  • Strong skills in test analysis and requirements analysis
  • Domain experience in mobile or public website development
  • Demonstrated experience in test management techniques and approaches
  • Experience in the financial services industry (desirable)
