The Role

This Test Analyst position plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of our Workday implementation program. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing test cases to ensure seamless system integration.

Your primary focus will be on managing defects in JIRA, working closely with our Implementation Partner, Business, and Technical SMEs to resolve issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test cases to validate system functionality
  • Manage defect resolution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to address issues promptly
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop tailored solutions
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in test analysis, preferably in ERP implementation programs involving multiple test phases
  • Strong understanding of testing tools, including JIRA and Confluence
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong planning and organizational skills
  • Effective stakeholder engagement and critical thinking/problem-solving abilities
