Business Analyst Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive high-impact projects across the organisation. This is an ongoing full-time position with flexible and hybrid working options.


About the Role
  • Translate complex business needs into actionable requirements that enable strategic initiatives, driving measurable outcomes.
  • Provide input and analysis to support business cases for organisational improvement, enhancing operational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging existing systems or implementing new solutions to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Collect, analyse, and document business and functional requirements to guide solution design and delivery.
  • Design solutions that align with organisational priorities and enhance productivity.
  • Prepare test plans, user guides, and communications to support User Acceptance Testing and successful solution adoption.
  • Provide clear, plain-language guidance on technical issues to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • A strong background as a Business Analyst with extensive experience and skills.
  • Sound knowledge and experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Strong communication skills to confidently collaborate with customers, colleagues, and senior management.
  • Positive attitude and enjoys delivering on large, complex objectives in a changing environment.
  • Resilience with excellent time management and prioritisation skills.
