Australian Payments Plus is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to lead strategic initiatives and guide a team of business analysts.

Our ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in business analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high-level analysis, strategic guidance, and project management expertise. They will be responsible for conducting business analysis activities, including business case development, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and defining project scope.

This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, as well as the ability to mentor and guide a team of business analysts to foster their growth and professional development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic business analysis activities, including business case development, impact analysis, feasibility studies, and defining project scope.
  • Lead analysis activities throughout the entire project lifecycle, including defining and managing scope, requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation, business process modelling, data modelling and mapping, and associated prioritisation activities.
  • Mentor and guide a team of business analysts to foster their growth and professional development.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible experience in business analysis.
  • Experience in Delivery practices and tools (Waterfall/Agile, Jira).
  • Experience leading a small team of business analysts (7).
