Job Role Overview

Our ideal candidate will be a seasoned expert in test analysis and requirements analysis.

This role involves working in an Agile scrum team to deliver customer experience projects, building effective working relationships with analysis and design teams.

  • Collaborate closely with the Business Analyst, Product Owner, and stakeholders to clarify project requirements.
  • Develop a comprehensive test strategy and publish regular test execution reports.
  • Follow established processes for verification testing, creating test cases, raising and managing defects in Jira, and executing test cases within defined test cycles.
  • Identify gaps in testing by reviewing post-implementation issues and update test and regression scripts accordingly.

Strong skills in test analysis and requirements analysis are essential for this role, as well as domain experience in areas such as Mobile and Public Website. Experience in automated testing is also highly valued.

  • Relevant experience in agile projects and digital servicing platforms.

  • Demonstrated experience in test management techniques and approaches.
  • Experience in Financial Services industry highly desirable.
  • Strong team approach, can-do attitude, and ability to work in a high-performing team and meet tight deadlines.
