Lead Business Analyst Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business success through strategic analysis and project management.

  • This role is responsible for defining and leading business analysis tasks for large-scale projects;
  • You will manage stakeholder relationships and resistance to achieve successful outcomes;
  • IDentify and manage resources within consolidated models;
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of requirements throughout large-scale projects;
  • Structure and package requirements within complex workstreams.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Senior/Lead Business Analyst in large-scale environments;
  • The ability to lead and influence teams while delivering on time and target;
  • Extensive experience in business process improvement, data analysis, and business case development;
  • A strong understanding of strategic and operational aspects of technology and business systems.
