
Strategic Client Liaison

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain strong, productive relationships with internal and external clients.
As a Key Account Relationship Manager, you will serve as the central point of contact for day-to-day operational matters between our company and airlines. You will work closely with our Business Manager to manage the 'day of operations' window and handle your own portfolio of customers.
Responsibilities include:
- Developing excellent working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Representing our organization at internal and external events, presenting our organization and products in a positive light.
- Collaborating with the National Logistics Manager on Third Party Logistics (3PL) performance.
- Participating in audit and quality control processes.
- Providing expert advice on customer service, logistics, and customs information.
- Improving customer service quality by evaluating and redesigning processes.
- Establishing communication standards and implementing productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Addressing performance issues by identifying root causes and providing support.
- Contributing to cost management through education and training.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Food Safety and HACCP qualifications desirable.
- Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle challenging situations tactfully.
- Demonstrated ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Sound knowledge of the airline catering industry.
- Competent in documentation and records management.
- Ability to obtain an ASIC pass and airside driver's license.
- A clear National Police Check is required.
