Job Title:

Senior Strategic Relationship Manager

This is a key role where you will be the strategic mastermind who brings energy, responsiveness, and reliability to every client conversation and internal process.

As a Senior Strategic Relationship Manager, you will anticipate client needs, shape long-term partnerships, and drive day-to-day relationships with clients. Your proactive approach will build bridges for mutual success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Anticipate client needs and shape long-term partnerships
  • Manage and maintain client workflow requirements
  • Track business, campaign, and media metrics with precision
  • Craft a compelling reporting framework and deliver insightful client reports
  • Empower clients with knowledge on general media industry topics
  • Take charge of crafting implementation plans that align with client business needs and the media environment
  • Apply relevant tools to interrogate briefs and translate them into strategic implementation recommendations
  • Consider all opportunities in implementation strategy and planning to deliver comprehensive solutions
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years in a Planning Manager or Senior Planning Manager role
  • Exceptional attention to detail with an unwavering commitment to delivering excellence
  • Natural ability to build and maintain strong relationships, fostering trust and collaboration
  • Confidence in media planning and client management, ready to step up and influence strategic decision-making
  • Genuine enthusiasm for media and eagerness to innovate and embrace the ever-evolving landscape
