The role of the Strategic Client Liaison involves working closely with sales teams to interpret client briefs and develop best-in-class responses that align product offerings with client needs.
This position requires exceptional written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, project management, and prioritization abilities. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of online advertising and how media agencies and brands make decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the interpretation of client briefs and produce high-quality response deliverables that succinctly communicate our understanding of the client's needs and proposed solutions.
- Drive cross-functional alignment on proposals throughout the response creation process.
- Prepare required response deliverables that are on-time and of high quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of work experience in media planning and buying, customer success, business development, or marketing.
- Experience developing proposals and pitches.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Project management and prioritization abilities.
- Solid understanding of online advertising and how media agencies and brands make decisions.
