Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to all sales enquiries in a timely manner, guiding customers before passing them onto our Sales Consultants.
- Manage all incoming information via phone, emails, website, and general enquiries, ensuring seamless communication with customers.
- Book initial visits for potential home buyers with our Sales Consultants and keep them informed of key information, including new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs.
- Track results of all incoming and outbound communication and provide fortnightly call reports, contributing to the growth and success of our sales team.
- Issue contracts and manage contract-related tasks, ensuring accurate and efficient documentation.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Associate or individual in a sales support or administrative role from a real estate, development, or construction background. Ideally, you have:
