Job Opportunity:

The organization is seeking a skilled Software Asset Project Coordinator to oversee the lifecycle management of software assets within the ICT environment. This 12-month contract role will involve procurement, deployment, maintenance, usage tracking, renewal, and decommissioning of software licenses, subscriptions, and entitlements.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating the centralized Software Asset Register, monitoring and managing software licensing usage across desktop, server, and cloud environments, and collaborating with Procurement and Finance to ensure software entitlements are procured, renewed, and retired according to demand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reconcile entitlements against deployments to identify under- or over-licensing issues.
  • Provide reports and dashboards related to software utilization, risk exposure, and cost tracking.
  • Advise project and delivery teams on software licensing implications for new procurements or upgrades.
  • Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with license agreements.
