We are seeking a highly skilled Software Asset Manager to lead and manage our organisation's software asset management function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ITIL practices.
  • Utilise ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools to streamline software asset management processes.
  • Provide risk assessments and compliance reports to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, security, and ICT operations teams.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of licensing models across major vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, VMware).
  • Practical experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices.
About You:
  • Australian Citizens with a TSPV clearance.
  • Ability to commence early 2026.
