IT Asset Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Asset Manager to oversee our Software Asset Management function.

This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of software licensing across a complex ICT environment and deliver cost-effective, compliant outcomes.

  • Australian Citizens with a TSPV clearance
  • Ability to commence at short notice
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the organisation's Software Asset Management function
  • Develop and maintain policies, standards, and procedures aligned with ITIL practices
  • Use ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
  • Provide risk assessments and compliance reports
  • Collaborate with procurement, finance, security, and ICT operations
About You:
  • Strong knowledge of licensing models across major vendors (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, IBM, VMware)
  • Practical experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
  • Solid understanding of ITIL practices
