Job Title: Software Asset Project Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the lifecycle management of software assets within our ICT environment. This includes procurement, deployment, maintenance, usage tracking, renewal, and decommissioning of software licenses, subscriptions, and entitlements.

  • Maintain and update the centralized Software Asset Register.
  • Monitor and manage software licensing usage across desktop, server, and cloud environments.
  • Liaise with vendors and resellers regarding licensing terms, renewals, and audits.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Finance to ensure software entitlements are procured, renewed, and retired according to demand.
  • Reconcile entitlements against deployments to identify under- or over-licensing issues.
  • Provide reports and dashboards related to software utilization, risk exposure, and cost tracking.
  • Advise project and delivery teams on software licensing implications for new procurements or upgrades.
  • Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliance with license agreements.
  • Support responses to external software audits or license verifications.
  • Recommend improvements to software asset management processes and tools.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have proficiency in software asset management tools such as ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, or Snow, as well as experience in end-to-end software asset lifecycle management.
