Job Description

Manage the lifecycle of software assets across a large, complex ICT environment. Ensure compliance, cost optimization, and efficiency through effective Software Asset Management (SAM).

This critical role involves leading teams to track software assets, installations, and entitlements using ServiceNow or similar tools. Provide regular compliance reports, support audits, and identify opportunities for optimization.

Key Duties:
  • Manage software asset visibility, usage, compliance, and lifecycle activities.
  • Maintain and enforce SAM policies and standards using ITIL-aligned practices.
  • Utilize ServiceNow to track software assets, installations, and entitlements.
  • Provide compliance reports, support audits, and identify optimisation opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven IT Asset Management experience in medium-large ICT environments.
  • In-depth knowledge of major software vendor licensing (Microsoft, Adobe, Oracle, etc.).
  • ServiceNow or similar tool experience in asset tracking and compliance.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and analytical reporting skills.
