Job Title: System Engineer

As a System Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex computer systems. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture, networking protocols, and software applications.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar technical role, with expertise in:

  • Network configuration (VLANs, Stacking, Spanning-Tree, Aggregation)
  • Load balancing technologies (Citrix NetScaler, F5 BIG-IP, NGINX)
  • VMWare (ESXi 8, VCenter, Distributed Switch)
  • Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (AD, DHCP, DNS, IIS, Group Policy and Security Permissions)
  • Microsoft Azure, Exchange (hybrid) and O365 administration and support
  • PowerShell scripting knowledge
  • Identity access management technologies (preferably Okta)
  • Backup technologies (preferably Veeam)
  • Monitoring and alerting technologies (preferably PRTG)
  • Experience in SQL server administration will be highly regarded
