Position Description
We are looking for a Qualified and Experienced Computer Network and Systems Engineer to join our business Company name on full-time basis. We are committed to delivering Improved Quality, Integrated Solutions, and Optimized Efficiencies leading to breakthrough advances in diagnostic confidence and turnaround time.

You will work closely with team members and your contribution will range across gathering and analysing information, developing and documenting improved processes and work instructions and recommending solutions that enable the organisation to achieve the targeted business outcomes.
Required Experience & Skills:
  • Five years of relevant industry experience, with a proven track record
  • Excellent understanding of business process
  • Excellent client management skills
  • Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019
  • VMware, Hyper V
  • Microsoft Exchange / Office 365
  • Range of backup software
  • SharePoint
  • Hosted PBX
  • All forms of Desktop Support Windows 10 \ Mac
In the Role you will be:
  • Developing, configuring and integrating computer systems by analysing, developing the architecture specification diagrams and data models
  • Planning, designing and deploying LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, including servers, routers, hubs, switches and IP phones
  • Performing network coding or scripting
  • Analysing and configuring networks to ensure their smooth and reliable operation
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems
  • Testing and maintaining the new networks, servers and computers to ensure optimal performance
  • Maintaining configuring, installation, network management, and software support of Cisco products
  • Monitoring network traffic and managing day to day technical incident and problem activities
  • Managing servers, including database, emails, printer, and backup servers and their associated operating systems and software upgrades
  • Developing technical documentation related to network configuration, network mapping and service records
