Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems of all reservation correspondence.
  • Demonstrate solid knowledge of the hotel product, including room types, rates, food and beverage outlets, and other hotel features and guest facilities.
  • Ensure that all telephone reservation enquiries are handled in a polite, efficient, and friendly manner according to prescribed guidelines.
  • Identify areas of improvement in current processes and recommend suitable alternatives.
  • Maintain accurate Guest Profiles to ensure repeated guests are recognized.
  • Provide reporting and analysis on reservations when required.

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Demonstrated skills in adaptability, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making.
  • Hotel Reservation or Front Office Experience desirable.
  • An open-minded personality and willingness to think outside the box.
