We are seeking a reliable and skilled Houseperson/Driver/Cleaner to join our team. The successful applicant will be responsible for assisting with cleaning duties, restocking properties, and supporting cleaners with dirty linen and supplies in the Newcastle CBD area.

The position involves preparing a van with supplies and linen for the day, helping cleaners with linen and room duties, stacking dirty linen ready to be picked up, removing rubbish from rooms, and doing weekly rubbish bin runs.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for restocking storerooms, buying new supplies for all properties, and preparing daily cleaners reports with arrivals and services.

Key requirements include 4 years of cleaning experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent time management skills.

Shifts will be Monday to Sunday, with 10-20 hours per week and 4 shifts per week. A reliable vehicle and drivers license are required.

Benefits include hourly pay of $31 plus weekend loading, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.

Preferred qualifications include 2 years of cleaning experience and a national police certificate.
