Job Description

As a Personal Care Specialist, you will have the rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our elderly residents. Our Residential Carer role is ideal for those who are passionate about delivering high-quality care and creating a sense of community in our residential homes.

You will be responsible for providing tailored care, including personal support, life engagement, and supporting residents with dementia-related needs. Your ability to recognize and respond to changes in resident conditions will be essential in ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver personal care, including showering, grooming, and toileting
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities to promote social interaction and cognitive stimulation
  • Support residents with dementia-related needs, recognizing and responding to changes in their condition
Requirements
  • Passion for serving elderly individuals and making a positive impact on their lives
  • Flexibility to commit to a range of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative while also valuing teamwork
  • Knowledge and experience working with individuals with dementia and their families
