
Residential Property Valuation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Valuer to join our team. As a key member of our valuation department, you will be responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space.
The ideal candidate will have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, combined with:
- Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
- CPV status combined with significant experience in the residential valuation space.
- Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication

You will be responsible for:
- Providing high-quality valuation reports that meet the needs of our clients

- Maintaining accurate records and reporting on performance metrics
