Job Overview

This position involves diagnosing residential electrical systems, consulting with customers on their needs and wants, advising customers on repair options regarding their home's electrical system, and leading customers to informed and confident decisions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of customer’s problems.
  • Establish trust and rapport with customers to provide them with the best options for their needs.
  • Collaborate with customer service and dispatch teams to ensure overall business success.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in invoicing and option sheets.
  • Prepare and verify all documentation is completed accurately.
  • Work collaboratively with team members, providing relevant information and assisting in the sales process.
