Bolton Clarke is seeking an experienced Customer Service Operator to join our team.

About the Role

This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work from home after 6 months. The successful candidate will be required to attend 4 weeks of full-time training in our Forest Hill office.

The primary focus of this role is to provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and other forms of contact.
  • Affect outbound communications to support stakeholder enquiries and client referrals.
  • Manage a high volume of customer interactions, providing a high level of customer service across all communication channels.
  • Determine the nature of customer calls and provide appropriate responses, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Record client information in our client management system, ensuring accurate data entry during interactions.
Requirements
  • Availability to work between 6:30am and 10pm, with flexibility to work 1-2 weekend shifts per month.
  • Previous call centre experience is preferred, but not essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide a high level of customer service.
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Office programs.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain).
  • Evidence of one COVID-19 vaccination.
