About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity for an Internal Sales Coordinator based in Alice Springs to join our team and contribute to our success.
  • The role is focused on developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support.

Your Responsibilities:

  • You will deliver exceptional customer service both internally and externally, maintaining and increasing sales volume and profit of assigned customers.
  • You will provide timely and accurate quotes to customers, with proactive follow up, and manage face-to-face and inbound telephone sales, along with order processing.
  • You will liaise effectively with manufacturing, sales, and dispatch teams, collaborating with team members, other business areas, and projects as required.
  • Adherence to critical safety rules and contribution to a safe working environment is essential.

About You:

  • Prior experience in customer service or internal sales is highly regarded.
  • You will be willing to take initiative and get the job done, demonstrating excellent data entry skills with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Office.
  • A passion for enhancing the customer experience, with energy and enthusiasm, is essential for success in this role.

Salary & Benefits:

The estimated salary for this position is between $55,000-$65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
