Sales Development Professional

Stratco is seeking an Internal Sales Coordinator to join their team in Alice Springs. As a key member of the sales and support team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive experience.
- Sales Performance: Maintain and increase sales volume and profit of assigned customers, providing timely and accurate quotes.
- Order Processing: Manage face-to-face and inbound telephone sales, along with order processing, ensuring seamless customer transactions.
- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in customer service or internal sales, with a passion for enhancing the customer experience.
- Initiative and Communication: Willingness to take initiative and get the job done, with excellent communication and data entry skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of the building industry or estimating is highly regarded, but not necessary.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with a positive attitude and reliability.
