Job Description

We are seeking passionate hospitality professionals to join our Front Office Team as a Welcoming Ambassador. You will provide exceptional initial and final guest experiences, assisting with luggage and vehicles.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Offering a warm welcome and farewell to our guests
  • Attending to guest requests quickly and efficiently for total customer satisfaction
  • Parking and retrieving guest vehicles
  • Delivery and collection of guest luggage
  • Assisting guests with directions and other enquiries
  • Delivering personalised service with passion and professionalism
  • Ensuring the highest level of security for guests' luggage and vehicles
Qualifications
  • A full Driver's licence
  • Experience driving in Australia is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Initiate contact and establish rapport easily
  • A friendly disposition and ability to remain calm in high-pressure work situations
  • Demonstrated versatility and initiative in responding to guest requests and situations
