**Job Summary:**

A Hospitality Ambassador is needed to provide exceptional service and ensure a memorable experience for guests at our luxurious establishment.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest level of quality in all aspects of their work, from setting up and stocking work areas to ensuring uniform cleanliness and professionalism.

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our team.

About the Role:

  • Complete opening and closing duties including setting up necessary supplies and tools.
  • Maintain cleanliness and condition of work areas, bar, bar unit, tables, and other tools.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies. Remove soiled wares from bar top and tables.
  • Familiarize yourself with company policies and procedures, and complete safety training and certifications as required.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
  • Assist individuals with disabilities and thank guests with genuine appreciation.

Requirements:

  • An up-to-date RSA certificate.
  • Previous experience working in a hotel setting is preferred.
  • Working rights in Australia.
  • Self-motivated, driven, and energized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Armed with smart solutions and a can-do attitude.
