Key Luxury Beauty Specialist Role

We are seeking a confident and charismatic Luxury Beauty Brand Representative to promote two iconic brands.

The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador for both houses, delivering exceptional service, driving sales, and inspiring a team to embody the spirit of luxury beauty.

The ideal candidate will have experience in luxury beauty, fragrance, or fashion, with excellent clienteling skills, sales techniques, and high-touch service. They will be highly organized, able to multitask, and manage priorities across multiple brands.

A proactive problem-solver with a passion for creating memorable client experiences is essential for this role.

About the Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent and manage luxury beauty brands with excellence and professionalism
  • Deliver a tailored and luxurious client experience that reflects the ethos of each brand
  • Lead by example in achieving personal and team sales targets and KPIs
  • Cultivate strong client relationships through bespoke consultations and loyalty initiatives
  • Liaise with area and brand managers to report on performance and implement strategic initiatives
