Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership of high-performing teams across food and beverage, events, and accommodation, driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence while maintaining luxury brand standards.
  • Delivery of world-class service for VIP guests and high-profile events.
  • Development and execution of innovative sales and marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a senior hospitality leadership role.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving profitability.
  • A hands-on leader with exceptional people management skills.
  • Passion for luxury hospitality and delivering unforgettable guest experiences.
  • Current RSA and Australian permanent residency or citizenship.
