
Culinary Operations Director

As a leading Aged Care provider in Queensland, Australia, we are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Director to develop their cooking career.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and deliver premium meal services, including menu planning, catering, infrastructure management, ordering, quality service delivery, and service improvement.
- Ensure compliance related to food safety, WHS, and quality by implementing effective systems and processes.
- Motivate and lead the team, including recruitment, training, and development.
- Manage stock control, ordering, resident dietary management, kitchen, and food cost management.
- Oversee the production and delivery of high-quality meals, ensuring exceptional service excellence in all dining aspects.
You will bring significant experience in Aged Care or high-volume commercial catering, along with a strong understanding of food cost management. Your proactive approach to continuous improvement will be essential in driving our culinary operations forward.
