About the Role

The primary purpose of this role is to serve as the overall Program Management Lead for large-scale Technology and Business Transformation releases.

This strategic role requires an experienced leader who can effectively manage complex projects, ensure meticulous tracking of all program elements, and drive successful outcomes.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading Transformation Agile Releases
  • Developing Comprehensive Program Plans
  • Identifying Project Risks and Issues
  • Building and Maintaining Relationships
  • Establishing Project Governance Frameworks
  • Managing Project Schedules and Resources

About You

We are looking for a seasoned program manager with a proven track record of leading large-scale, complex transformation projects within a similar large organization.

You should have experience in end-to-end project delivery, from business case development through to execution and implementation.

You should also have experience in building and executing UAT plans, including tracking, defect resolution, and sign-off.

We are looking for someone who can partner and collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, external partners, and suppliers to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
