Job Overview

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Events Manager - Banquets to join our team. Reporting directly to the Events Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing internal and external events from start to finish.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external events seamlessly.
  • Ensure timely and accurate management of all relevant software databases.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders within the business to ensure event information is approved and up-to-date.
  • Assist in managing group bookings for our Restaurants and Beverage outlets.
  • Evaluate and approve purchasing and reporting for events.
Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Events Manager - Banquets with a proven track record of successfully coordinating and executing flawless events. You should possess:

  • Previous experience in events or hospitality.
  • A solid understanding of banquet operations.
  • Exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • A genuine passion for guest service.
  • The ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
About the Role

You will be highly detail-oriented, with a talent for building strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the success of our Events and Banquets team.
