We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Experience Expert. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and creating memorable moments for our customers.

As an Experience Expert, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging environment for our customers. You will use your product knowledge and storytelling skills to customise each experience and nurture long-lasting relationships with our customers.

You will be curious about our business and willing to share your ideas. You will enjoy working as part of a team and nurturing relationships with your colleagues. You will deliver operational excellence, showing respect and consideration for people, product, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities">

• Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and team members.

• Deliver an engaging and memorable customer experience in store.

• Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.

• Be keen to learn and expand your knowledge on our product, brand, services, and local events to enhance the customer experience.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
