About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team. As an Experience Expert, you will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers.

You will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to learn and grow with our business. Your creativity and product knowledge will enable you to customise each experience and build long-lasting relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a welcoming and engaging environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through storytelling and product knowledge.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date on our product range, services, and local events to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Customer-facing skills and experience.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing situations.
  • Knowledge of luxury fashion or retail industry desirable.
