We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Experience Expert.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for our customers, using their product knowledge and storytelling skills to customise each experience and nurture long-lasting relationships.

This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring that every interaction is engaging, friendly, and tailored to the individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and fun environment for customers and colleagues.
  • Develop and maintain key customer relationships using in-store CRM tools.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, brand services, and local events to enhance the customer experience.
