Reliability Engineer

At Brunel, we're seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our Ore Processing Facility (OPF). As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and continuous improvement of our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement technical solutions that enhance reliability and performance.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and regulations throughout the facility.
- Monitor and optimize quality assurance of critical operational processes within the OPF.
- Work within defined budget parameters to ensure targets are met and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Identify, propose, and implement improvement projects aimed at defect elimination and increased operational efficiency.
- Apply advanced reliability engineering techniques and methodologies to solve complex operational challenges.
Requirements:
- Qualifications in Mechanical Engineering or Reliability Engineering.
- Certification in Condition Monitoring.
- Experience in the mining industry, particularly in hard rock applications.
- Strong conceptual thinking and analytical focus, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continual improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of mining legislation and regulations relevant to the operation of Ore Processing Facilities.
