Enhance Customer Care and Manage Sleep Apnea Treatments

Air Liquide Healthcare Australia, a leading supplier of medical gases and sleep services, is seeking an experienced Retail/CPAP Therapy Consultant to enhance customer care and manage sleep apnea treatments at our Townsville clinic.

About the Role

This role involves serving as the initial point of contact for both new and existing clients, engaging with them through various channels, and offering guidance on CPAP equipment setup and ongoing service requirements. You will collaborate with healthcare professionals and service providers, promote and upsell our product range and services, maintain and sterilise clinic equipment, and process orders.

What We Offer

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes a salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits such as 14 weeks paid parental leave, family and social activities, a professional environment focused on wellbeing, and opportunities for career development nationally and internationally across the Air Liquide Group.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail, healthcare, or sales environments
  • Exceptional communication skills and independent clinic management capability
  • Broad experience with customer service across all stages of customer interaction
  • Proficiency with Google Suite applications
  • Keen interest in CPAP therapy and sleep medicine disciplines
  • Strong organisational and administrational skills
