Job Opportunity

About the Position:

  • Lead a 15-person HR team across national sites, employing over a large employee headcount.
  • Build line manager capability in labour planning, shift rosters, workforce productivity, performance, and retention.
  • Develop and execute industrial relations strategies, including EBA negotiations, award interpretation, union engagement, and governance and compliance.
  • Oversee onboarding, training, and workforce planning for a diverse, multicultural workforce.

About You:

  • Ambitious HR leader with strong experience in HR Management or Senior HR Management leadership roles within manufacturing, FMCG, or large-scale industrial operations.
  • Proven expertise in industrial relations, EBAs, and union engagement.
  • Excellent management and growth skills in complex, high-pressure environments.
  • Pragmatic, commercially focused, and calm leadership style, with maturity to bring stability and influence stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

  • Leadership and management experience in HR, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial operations.
  • Industrial relations knowledge, including EBA negotiations and union engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in complex, high-pressure environments.
